 PRIVATE LESSON POLICY AGREEMENT

 1) Scheduling: All private lessons must be prescheduled at least 5 days prior. Contact Angela to confirm dates and times.

2) All private lessons are 60 minutes in length.

 3) Private lessons expire after six months from the date of purchase.

 4) Payment methods accepted: check or cash. Make checks payable to Angela Giacomelli.

5) A $65 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in a date and time for scheduled lessons.

6) In the event that either Angela Giacomelli or the client needs to cancel/reschedule a lesson, both parties are responsible for canceling with at least 24 hour notice. There will be no refunds or rescheduling for a private lesson cancelled on the day of its schedule time

7) 48 hours is required to reschedule appointments and 24 hours to cancel. 

8) All packages must be paid in full prior to the first lesson.

9) There are no refunds for classes unused but can be transferable to another student. 

Angela Giacomelli reserves the right to change her polices and pricing for private lessons at any given time, at which time clients will be asked to sign a new agreement form. (In the event of a change, the new policies and/or pricing for a package of lessons will not be implemented until all lessons in that package are taken.)
